Policies, Terms and Conditions – CSC Products
ORDER PLACEMENT: Orders may be placed online or by phone to CSC Products at (719) 641-1586 Business hours are 8AM to 5PM(MST) Monday through Friday.
SHIPPING TERMS
ONLINE ORDERS: WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS 48. International orders, Hawaii & Alaska must send a shipping request via email to: [email protected].
ALL ORDERS will be shipped with a tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery.
NEXT DAY AIR requires order to be submitted by 1200pm MST in order to qualify for next day delivery. PLEASE NOTE: delivery may not be guaranteed by carrier during this time (see below) which could mean carriers are not refunding next day charges if your package is delayed.
FREE SHIPPING applies to individual orders $500 or more. Order must be $500 or more BEFORE tax, shipping charges, and any coupons are applied. Free Shipping does NOT apply to large production shipments. Please contact CSC Products with any questions.
Due to COVID-19, supply shortages, & a surge in demand there can be longer-than-normal ship times. Your order is our top priority, but PLEASE NOTE that commercial carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others have suspended Delivery Service Guarantees until further notice. As a result, CSC Products is currently unable to refund costs in the event your order delivery is delayed.
DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT: All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of shipments by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier.
In the event of loss or damage, you MUST:
Retain all of the ORIGINAL PACKAGING from your shipment.
Immediately send your claim directly to CSC Products.
Provide any supporting documentation or information requested by CSC Products.
Upon completion of the three requirements listed above, CSC Products will attempt to submit a claim to the carrier on your behalf. Please note that CSC Products will make every attempt to provide consolation to our customers in the event of loss or damage, but such consolation is not guaranteed.
PAYMENT: CSC Products accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. All orders must be paid in full before shipping or delivery, no exceptions. Colorado residents will add sales tax. We do not offer Wire Transfers or CODs for purchases made through our website. For all other inquiries, please contact CSC Products at (719) 641-1586 or [email protected].
Please note: We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Product Application: Off-road driving is an inherently dangerous activity. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling of your vehicle. All products sold by CSC Products are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Modifications and installation of aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use. CSC Products strongly recommends that all products only be installed by trained professionals.
